The Heartland Dragons Hockey Association is pleased to announce our Goalie and Shooting Clinics for the 2023/2024 season. These sessions are only available to players registered with the Heartland Dragons Hockey Association. Please register for clinics via TEAMSNAP as soon as you can to avoid any disappointment, since we anticipate these ‘subsidized’ spots will fill quickly. Hi Dragons, While we can’t be on the ice, let’s continue to move our bodies and stay ready for our return to the ice!  Heartland Dragons are offering 4 online workout sessions over the next few weeks. Workouts will include interval training using body weight movements, which will work on endurance and help build strength in those muscles we use on the ice.   Looking to improve your hockey skating and skills? The Heartland Dragons Hockey organization will be running two one hour player skills development and skating sessions on Monday nights at the Mississauga Valleys Community Centre Arena. These sessions are reserved for Heartland Dragons The sessions will be conducted by an ex-professional hockey player, the location is Mississauga Valley’s Arena (Mississauga Community Centre).
