Join the Skate-Shoot-Score program, a fun introduction to the game of hockey.
This 7-week instructional program focuses on building fundamental hockey skills, helping participants gain the confidence needed to eventually join a recreational hockey association in Mississauga.

Each session includes one hour of on-ice instruction led by Hockey Canada certified coaches and instructors, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. With a 1 :5 instructor-to-participant ratio and limited space for just 25 participants, players receive plenty of individual attention.
Participants who join a Mississauga Hockey League (MHL) member association after the program will keep their hockey equipment and receive a $100 discount on registration, making it easier to transition into recreational hockey.
