The Heartland Dragons’ HOKEH (Help Our Kids Enjoy Hockey) equipment program is officially here! HOKEH is the Heartland Dragons Hockey Association’s (HDHA) newest effort to reduce the cost of hockey equipment for players registered in the association’s House League Program.
We are please to announce that registration for HOKEH is NOW OPEN! HOKEH Registration
(For those JR Dragons parents who are waiting to pick up their Hockey Protective Kits, please register for this program. There will be NO fee for you to pay)
If you have any new/gently used equipment you would like to donate to the program, please send me an email at hlcoach@heartlanddragons.com so we can make arrangements to meet.
The cost to participate in the program is $25.00 for each player.
The HDHA will provide new/gently used equipment to the player which may include Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Pants, Shin Pads, Skates depending on the needs of the player.
Note: We do not provide personal protective equipment such as neck guard, jock/jill, and/or undergarments.
All gently used equipment is inspected and sanitized prior to being included in the program. Parents wishing to participate are to register in the HOKEH program via TeamSnap. The $25.00 membership fee is to be sent via e-transfer to info@heartlanddragons.com
Please bring your player’s equipment with you to the fitting so we can ensure proper fit and condition. We will be accepting equipment donations during the fitting session.
The fitting session will be held at the Mississauga Valley Community Centre (arena floor) on September 7, 2023 starting at 6:30pm till 9pm.
