On October 24th the Heartland Dragons U11 “A” thrilled their fans with an amazing start to their 2021-2022 hockey season. This past weekend the team participated in the 2021 West Mall Lightening Early Bird Tournament and brought home the first tournament championship for the Heartland Dragons U11 team by scorching their competition in true Dragon style!
The weekend was the beginning of their journey this season; it was a weekend filled with great hockey, team building and many laughs. Great efforts were made by all the players who will now look to build off their success. Special thank you to the kids, the coaching staff and the parents!
