As another sports season wraps up, we’d like to take a minute to marvel at the wonder that is the volunteer youth hockey coach. By the time parents finish the train-wreck that is dressing and fully equipping their kids for every practice and game each week, they are pretty excited to send their player(s) out on the ice. Hi Dragons, While we can’t be on the ice, let’s continue to move our bodies and stay ready for our return to the ice! Heartland Dragons are offering 4 online workout sessions over the next few weeks. Workouts will include interval training using body weight movements, which will work on endurance and help build strength in those muscles we use on the ice. The Heartland Dragons Hockey Association is pleased to announce our “A” Skating and Shooting Clinics for the 2021/2022 season. These sessions are only available to “A” team players registered with the Heartland Dragons Hockey Association.
